The global trend is currently an increase in mortality from noncommunicable diseases (NCD): cancer, cardiovascular, endocrinological, respiratory diseases. COVID-19 pandemic has not stop the NCD epidemic, and gender characteristics, syndemicity, polymorbidity of them contributed to persistence differences number years life lost due premature among men women (calculations for 2019 using DALY method without taking into account impact health deterioration disability). main losses NCD-related are connected with neoplasms circulatory system, that fundamentally consistent general age-related deterioration, although at age first five «new retirement age» (65-69 years), there a «gender reversal» mortality: its share decreases men, increases women. dynamics changes deaths shows two peaks, one which particularly alarming — children adolescents, proportion it exceeds corresponding indicator cardiovascular diseases, thus indicating cancer risk children's health.
